ETI Office at Color Court

When ETI relocated their Lincoln office, they chose the second floor of the newly renovated, historic Color Court Building. The 7,500 sf floor plate with exposed brick walls and timber floor joists above was the ideal location to insert new office space while leaving as much of the original shell in view as possible. ETI wanted an open office that encouraged staff collaboration, and a reception and conference area attractive to clients and visitors. They also desired a space where an assortment of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing fixtures and equipment are visible and accessible. The new office is not only a great place to work and visit, but a lab where clients can see and touch many of the mechanical and electrical options available.
