Owned by Gill and Samantha Peace, Peace Studio Architects has spent over a decade delivering high-quality design services as a dynamic team. Gill focuses on architectural design, master planning, and execution, while Samantha serves as CFO, Project Manager, and Architectural Photographer.

Gill brings 34 years of experience as an architect to the firm. In addition to his role at Peace Studio Architects, he has been honored to serve on the Mayoral Appointed Urban Design Committee since April 2011, contributing his expertise to shaping the future of urban development.

Gill Peace, AIA

Principal/Owner

Gill Peace brings over 34 years of architectural experience and design leadership to Peace Studio Architects. Throughout his career, he has served as Lead Designer on a broad range of project types, including civic and cultural buildings, commercial developments, healthcare facilities, hospitality spaces, retail environments, workplace interiors, sports and recreation venues, educational institutions, government buildings, and sacred architecture. He is also experienced in adaptive reuse, master planning, interior and landscape design, and TIFF project coordination and estimating.

Since founding Peace Studio Architects in August 2013, Gill has led diverse projects across the Midwest, always with a focus on thoughtful, client-driven solutions. His design philosophy centers on enhancing the built environment through creativity, functionality, and collaboration — because design matters.

Olivia Ondracek

Student Intern

Olivia Ondracek is the student intern here at Peace Studio Architects and is a current fourth-year interior design student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She just returned from a semester in Rome, Italy, where she had the opportunity to utilize her design knowledge in her studio courses and learn from Rome’s rich historical architecture. She enjoys hospitality and adaptive reuse projects as well as incorporating biophilic design into her work. In her free time, Olivia enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
