Kindler Boutique Hotel

Lincoln’s newest hotel is the Kindler boutique hotel with 45 guest rooms and suites on the site of the former Raush building at 216 North 11th Street.

The project required gutting the existing 4 level building, adding 3 additional floors, new skywalk connection to the Que Place Parking Structure, new streetscape, outdoor dining, and drop-off on 11th street, and many other technical challenges aside from the planning needed to create an alluring up-scale boutique hotel.

The Kindler Hotel project involved the talents and creative design efforts of many team members (design/ construction team) as well as the City of Lincoln through the use of TIF, including: Mayor, Urban Development Office, Public Works, and myriad additional departments.

The Kindler Hotel now occupies a place of prominence along the P Street Retail Corridor, close to: UNL City Campus, Railyard/ Pinnacle Bank Arena, City/ County Government, and the greater downtown area.
