EDGE / FORMER K-MART RENOVATION
Located at one of Lincoln’s highest volume traffic crossroads of Highway 2 and South 56th Street, the former Edgewood K-mart remained unnoticed and empty for over 10 years before the current Owners saw it’s potential. The design objective: convert a 108,000 sf big box store into a mixed-use project attractive to retail or office tenants.
