Marriott Courtyard Hotel

Lincoln’s newest downtown hotel is on the edge of the Haymarket district located only blocks from Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Bank Arena and the RailYard Entertainment District. The design blends masonry warehouse influences with a modern aesthetic that represents the Courtyard brand. The 6 level structure contains: 155 guest rooms, an open lobby with coffee service and bistro, market, meeting/conference space, swimming pool and a 5,000 sf speculative retail space that addresses the covered dock on the 8th Street corridor.
